Guide to defeating cravings

We all know how weak, mentally and physically, fatties are; it’s simply a defining characteristic amongst them. One indication of their weakness is putting shit in their body as it clearly demands something of value. Essentially they are robbing their body of the materials it needs to thrive; they are treating themselves like shit. I find it laughable that they expect us to treat them with respect. Hypocritical much, fatties?
Unlike you, I don’t like to see suffering, you masochistic fucks. So when your body tells you to eat a candy bar or drink a coke or whatever, eat something else to actually satisfy the hunger.

    great post, i crave before menstrual cycles. I also know I need to eat more fish. Mmmm salmon, havent eaten salmon steak in awhile now, I’ll get some this week.

    I love coffee. Coffee is literally my drug. I drink anywhere between 3-7 cups daily, with cream, artificial sweetener, and sometimes international delight, and I am 26, 5’9 and 200 lbs. Try again loser.
